This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
β’ Overseeing and evaluating competitors' creative strategies within the global HR-tech and AI-product sectors.
β’ Conducting research on target demographics, as well as understanding candidate and employer needs, challenges, and insights.
β’ Assessing performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc.) to uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Developing tasks for static creatives and crafting scripts for video content, UGC, and static banners.
β’ Formulating test hypotheses and executing experiments across various advertising platforms.
β’ Coordinating creative projects from conception to completion: preparing briefs, maintaining quality control, and adhering to deadlines.
β’ Evaluating the effectiveness of creatives and advertising campaigns.
β’ Producing insights aimed at enhancing visuals, messaging, and creative strategies.
β’ Proposing hypotheses and systematically trialing new methods.
β’ A minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative / Marketing Producer in an IT product firm, digital agency, or performance-marketing setting (Facebook ads video, vertical format).
β’ Proficient in analyzing key performance indicators and suggesting improvement hypotheses.
β’ Strong research capabilities regarding audiences, competitors, and products.
β’ Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and principles of performance marketing.
β’ Expertise in static and video production from concept to final approval.
β’ A portfolio that highlights successful creative works.
β’ Proficient communication skills in English and Russian.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey ideas to the team.
