Real Estate Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and create top-notch video content for internal projects, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, training resources, and other multimedia requirements.

• Improve raw footage through color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Ensure that all video content adheres to creative vision, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

• Work closely with designers, content creators, and other team members throughout the production workflow.

• Organize and oversee video assets, project files, and media libraries to facilitate an efficient process.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on all video outputs before they are published or distributed.

• Modify video content for various formats and platforms while ensuring visual consistency.

• Keep abreast of video production trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices to enhance content quality continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or a related creative discipline.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.

• Solid grasp of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Familiarity with various video formats, resolutions, and export settings.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with robust organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with photography, animation, or other multimedia production tools is an advantage.
