This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Edit and compile raw footage into refined videos for online training programs.
• Work alongside the Video Production Manager to create innovative concepts and develop storyboards for videos.
• Ensure all videos comply with brand guidelines and maintain a uniform style and tone.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, and music to elevate the overall quality of the videos.
• Assist in video shoots, including the setup of equipment, lighting, and sound.
• Organize and manage video files and other assets efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and techniques to enhance video quality and productivity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for the emergency response and healthcare sectors is preferred.
