This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee software and AI/GenAI project delivery, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and client expectations.
β’ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and essential delivery documentation.
β’ Relay project status, risks, and dependencies to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
β’ Assist in handling escalations with professionalism and prompt follow-through.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Contribute to the adoption of PMO best practices and ongoing improvement initiatives.
β’ Modify project plans in response to shifting priorities or client requirements.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects.
β’ Proven experience in delivering projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
β’ Familiarity with technical, SaaS, and/or AI/GenAI project environments.
β’ Strong capabilities in problem-solving and risk management.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI preferred).
β’ PMP certification is preferred.
