Senior AI Client Services Project Manager, CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee software and AI/GenAI project delivery, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and client expectations.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and essential delivery documentation.

• Relay project status, risks, and dependencies to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Assist in handling escalations with professionalism and prompt follow-through.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to the adoption of PMO best practices and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Modify project plans in response to shifting priorities or client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects.

• Proven experience in delivering projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Familiarity with technical, SaaS, and/or AI/GenAI project environments.

• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and risk management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI preferred).

• PMP certification is preferred.
