• Assist Gainwell in the development of cutting-edge technologies

• Direct project management teams and supervise project deliverables

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance

• Recognize and address potential project risks

• Create detailed Statements of Work for clients

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex projects or programs

• Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP)

• Understanding of budget creation and management

• Capability to convert program goals into project milestones

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Skill in influencing and motivating team members
