This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Manage multiple concurrent deployment and migration projects for customers at 11:11 Systems with minimal supervision.
• Ensure project deliveries meet milestones, timelines, and budget constraints, resulting in successful outcomes for customers.
• Take full ownership and provide support services to fulfill customer commitments.
• Adhere to 11:11 Systems project management practices, applying sound judgment and the right tools for each project's scope.
• Develop and implement processes and best practices for cloud migrations.
• Oversee ticket escalation processes, ensuring consistent adherence.
• Define support best practices and continuously improve the support management framework as necessary.
• Recognize potential risks or gaps and provide mentorship to members of the cloud integrations team.
• Update key stakeholders on project requirements and trends, offering recommendations for ongoing integration needs.
• Manage and improve existing tools and automation utilized for service operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand migration requirements for both new and existing services.
• Align customer and internal staff expectations by clearly communicating milestones and deliverables to all involved parties.
• Promote communication and transparency among all teams engaged in project delivery, including customers.
• Work with vendors to address integration requirements.
• Ensure timely response to all escalated customer tickets and escalate to vendor support as necessary.
• Improve team efficiency by taking ownership of new and varied requests, seeking opportunities to enhance job accomplishments.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, aligning with 11:11's Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Handle all company data and information responsibly, adhering to company data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing or coordinating projects.
• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing technical projects across various teams within an organization.
• ITIL experience is preferred.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong team player.
• Results-driven and organized, with the ability to plan and meet deadlines, while motivating others to achieve their goals.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring visa sponsorship.
