Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of project manager, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, beginning with the definition of business objectives and project planning through to successful execution and deployment—all while adhering to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.

• You will plan, execute, and complete projects in accordance with rigid timelines and budget limits, establishing the project's objectives and ensuring quality control throughout its lifecycle.

• Comprehending the project deliverables and scope as outlined in the Statement of Work.

• Managing client relationships and stakeholder acceptance.

• Accountable for the project budget and metrics related to financial success.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer to manage expectations and communications, ensuring the customer is kept informed about project status, and securing customer approval and signoff on all significant deliverables.

• Overseeing the project team, which includes assigning specific project tasks, conducting regular meetings to track progress, and ensuring timely completion of all timesheets.

• Collaborating with your direct manager and the Account Director on project escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a project manager.

• Preferred experience in enterprise commerce, either within an agency, systems integration consultancy, or in the online/digital department of a well-established B2B or B2C organization.

• Familiarity with project management principles, processes, tools, and techniques.

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing project demands, handling multiple projects at once.

• Proficiency in issue and bug management systems such as the Atlassian suite (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and/or Microsoft Visual Studio (TFS).

• Skilled in conflict resolution to lead teams and address issues with customers, ensuring project objectives and contractual obligations are met while fulfilling customer requirements.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Competent in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Project.
