This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to pinpoint bottlenecks, analyze manual workflows, and create effective automation strategies.

• Take over the existing TRT infrastructure (AI agent, tagging architecture, current workflows) and enhance them.

• Design and implement automated pipelines that link our custom backend system’s APIs with Zendesk and other enterprise platforms utilizing low-code/no-code tools.

• Assess where LLMs and AI agents can provide genuine value and integrate them into everyday operations.

• Validate automated workflows, oversee model outputs for precision, and resolve system failures.

• Produce documentation, set up data security protocols, and train internal teams on the adoption and usage of the new automated tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating and deploying intelligent workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, or Make (with a strong preference for n8n).

• Practical experience in AI-assisted development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and LLM APIs (Claude Code or equivalent).

• Extensive knowledge of the complete Zendesk stack, including triggers, automations, SLAs, dynamic forms, custom fields, omnichannel routing, IVR, views, and side conversations.
