Senior AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify workflows with high friction and replace them with automation systems driven by AI.

• Design, construct, and implement AI agents and automation pipelines across various business functions.

• Revamp workflows to shift from human-assisted processes to fully automated execution whenever possible.

• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms, including CRM, analytics, and support tools.

• Develop RAG-based knowledge systems and internal copilots to enhance information accessibility.

• Quickly prototype, test, and launch production-level AI solutions.

• Establish KPIs and assess the impact of automation and AI initiatives.

• Optimize systems for enhanced performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in deploying AI/ML systems within production environments.

• Extensive experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent frameworks.

• Proficient in Python or similar programming languages, with strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, system design, scalability).

• Experience in integrating AI systems into enterprise tools and workflows.

• Familiar with automation/orchestration tools and evaluation frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a metrics-driven approach.

• Capable of operating with high execution velocity from prototype development to production.
