Senior AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and implement production-quality AI and machine learning systems.

• Oversee the complete design and deployment process for predictive and generative AI models.

• Take responsibility for architectural decisions concerning model selection, scalability, and readiness for production.

• Guide the design and expansion of intelligent process automation.

• Incorporate AI and automation systems into the overall enterprise architecture.

• Promote the adoption of containerization and best practices for CI/CD.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in software engineering, emphasizing AI/ML, data science, or intelligent process automation.

• A proven ability to independently manage and deliver complex, production-level AI/ML systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in handling the entire AI/ML model lifecycle at scale.

• Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.

• Background in designing and scaling automation solutions with RPA platforms and workflow orchestration tools.
