AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement automation solutions powered by AI, utilizing LLMs, machine learning models, and decision engines.

• Construct agent-based systems, prompt pipelines, and workflows for retrieval-augmented generation.

• Develop systems that are autonomous or semi-autonomous, capable of performing actions across internal tools and APIs.

• Create scalable automation workflows leveraging APIs, event-driven architecture, and orchestration frameworks.

• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms effectively.

• Develop reusable components for automation and internal tools.

• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

• Incorporate observability, logging, guardrails, and monitoring into AI systems.

• Ensure the reliability, security, and ethical implementation of AI technologies.

• Measure the impact on performance.

• Continuously enhance prompts, workflows, and models.

• Identify new opportunities for automation throughout the organization.

• Implement guardrails, access controls, and safety mechanisms.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security policies.

• Collaborate with security teams for the safe deployment of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or intelligent automation.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation systems.

• Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools.

• Strong programming capabilities.

• Experience in developing API integrations and distributed systems.

• Proficient in deploying systems within AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and system thinking abilities.
