This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead AI projects from start to finish: encompassing discovery, architecture, oversight of delivery, executive briefings, and knowledge transfer.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for client stakeholders, including VPs, CIOs, and CTOs.
• Design agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and AI-enhanced workflows within the Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic environments.
• Develop and sustain the reference architectures, skills, prompts, and MCP servers that the team utilizes across various clients.
• Contribute to the evolution of our OpenAI and Anthropic practices while collaborating on our Microsoft projects.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and engineers on challenging tasks — reviewing designs, troubleshooting production issues, and refining evaluations and guardrails.
• Bridge the gap between executive strategy and engineering implementation.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software, data, or AI architecture, including at least 2 years focused on architecting and deploying generative AI or agentic systems in production.
• Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-stakeholder AI or software projects as the senior technical authority.
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders — both written and verbal, tailored to technical and executive audiences.
• Practical experience with the Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio, AI Search.
• Practical experience using the OpenAI platform: Responses API, Agents SDK, function calling, structured outputs, and evaluations.
• Practical experience with the Anthropic platform: Claude API, tool utilization, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, and skills.
• Microsoft Certified — Azure AI Engineer Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert or a commitment to obtain these certifications within 90 days of employment.
• Strong foundations in software engineering — capable of reading, writing, and reviewing code.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States with reliable availability during Eastern and Central business hours.
