Senior Agile People Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the team with a strong emphasis on people management and individual growth.

• Enhance collaboration and establish sustainable frameworks.

• Mentor the team in agile methodologies and assist in their practical implementation.

• Steer change initiatives with a focus on solutions.

• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members.

• Initiate and manage projects aimed at optimizing workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a technical or business discipline or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams, preferably in an IT setting.

• Strong understanding of agile methods and frameworks.

• Experience in establishing sustainable frameworks and facilitating change processes.

• Excellent communication abilities with a talent for reconciling diverse viewpoints.

• Proficient in German (C1) and good command of English (B2).
