
Senior Affiliate Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Acquire new affiliates, with a primary emphasis on streamers, while maintaining the existing affiliate portfolio.
• Oversee the daily management of affiliate accounts to ensure the highest possible ROI.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing strategies to enhance First-Time Depositors (FTDs) and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
• Supervise and manage the spending of affiliates.
• Responsible for identifying and sourcing new affiliates to promote brand expansion.
• Recognize and nurture top performers, developing incentive programs to reward key partners.
• Design and implement monthly promotions and communications targeted at affiliate marketers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to consistently create and enhance landing pages, marketing efforts, and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
• Develop new recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns for the affiliate program.
• Manage affiliate accounts while ensuring the achievement of personal and group KPIs.
• Act as the primary representative of the company at events, conferences, and award ceremonies.
• Implement strategies to enhance the quality and yield of key affiliate partners.
• Manage key accounts across all brands and boost business from mid to top-tier affiliates.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to expand the affiliate business in the market.
• Provide reports to the senior management team on performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure that all affiliate payments are verified against reports and disbursed promptly.
• Drive traffic in target geographical areas to align with business growth strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior affiliate manager in the iGaming sector.
• Strong network and relationships with affiliates, with a preference for streamers.
• Experience with both sportsbook and casino products.
• Proven track record of collaborating with unlicensed brands.
• Must possess personal industry affiliate connections.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing global affiliates.
• Fluent in English.
• Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
