Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance current affiliate partnerships.

• Attract and nurture new affiliates and business collaborators.

• Track traffic, conversions, return on investment, affiliate performance, and campaign outcomes.

• Evaluate profitability at the affiliate level and assess funnel efficiency.

• Enhance campaigns to boost commercial performance and conversion ratios.

• Continuously refine affiliate processes and enhance communication.

• Observe and react to shifts in traffic and conversion metrics.

• Aid in scaling the affiliate program through informed, data-driven strategies.

• Spot opportunities to enhance acquisition efficiency across applicable channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management.

• Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding affiliate partnerships.

• Experience in identifying and recruiting new affiliates along with assessing affiliate profitability.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking and reporting systems.

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, media buying, paid social, SEO, and performance marketing.

• A strong commercial perspective with a focus on results.

• A proactive and hands-on approach with a keen sense of ownership.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly re-prioritize tasks.

• Comfort in advertising and working with uncensored / NSFW products and content.
