This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver clinical and technical support as well as training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system, along with all CAS products.
• Provide education and training for physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective application of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Comprehend and support national, regional, and territory sales targets to meet or surpass sales objectives across all CAS products.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
• Work together with the local sales team to deliver customer training on mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Communicate and cooperate with the sales and clinical teams within the region.
• Act as an effective representative of Medtronic CAS to physicians and support staff concerning Medtronic CAS products, services, and assistance.
• Function as a regional champion to share your expertise and encourage proficiency in mapping technology.
• High school diploma accompanied by at least 8 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree along with a minimum of 6 years of pertinent work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years of applicable experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular sciences, life sciences, or a technical field with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac sector, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in technical training roles.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, within a hospital/clinic, or in EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support.
