This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as a liaison between industry sectors, innovation ecosystems, and workforce development initiatives.
• Discover new business prospects and cultivate relationships with companies based in Ontario.
• Formulate and execute strategies for business growth.
• Engage with businesses to ensure satisfaction with ICTC programs.
• Lead negotiations and secure advantageous contracts.
• Provide regular updates on business development activities and performance metrics.
• Facilitate technology adoption and promote talent development.
• Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience within the technology sector.
• A sales-oriented mindset with experience in business development, sales, or account management in Ontario.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing business objectives.
• A robust industry network and a comprehensive understanding of Ontario's business environment.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and key industry influencers.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute practical solutions.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
