Senior Advisor, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Monitor and assess sales and market data for a designated geographic area, generating reports that aid management in strategy formulation and pinpointing market development opportunities.

• Implement business development strategies to identify, assess, and structure significant transactions, ensuring optimal value throughout the entire product life cycle.

• Create and execute a relationship management strategy for prospective customer accounts to foster connections with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.

• Establish clear objectives for each call or meeting; customize standard materials to deliver presentations to decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.

• Develop and execute a customer communication plan to announce product launches. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them or directing complex issues to appropriate parties while ensuring a satisfactory response for the customer.

• Collaborate with various product owners to gather and provide advice, insights, suggestions, or recommendations on enhancing service delivery to meet customer needs.

• Strengthen partnerships with key clients to uphold customer satisfaction and loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience of over 3 to 6 years.

• Preferred background in Logistics, Transportation, and International Business.

• Previous experience with CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data input.

• Preferred experience in selling Order Management solutions.
