This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Surpassing your yearly target for acquiring new health partners for Bend.
• Motivating senior executives at top companies to prioritize mental health as a critical issue.
• Independently sourcing new business opportunities while collaborating with key lead generation partners at Bend and Lyra.
• Informing partner leadership about the US mental health care system and the benefits offered by Bend.
• Identifying effective ways to convey Bend’s distinct value proposition both verbally and in written form, as well as through quantitative data.
• Successfully negotiating with medical directors, administrators, network contracting personnel, finance, and procurement executives.
• Diligently documenting your deal progress to provide Bend with the necessary data for business growth.
• Collaborating with Bend and Lyra’s Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementations and effective ongoing client management.
• Continually fostering relationships with contracted health systems to enhance referral volumes and expand the range of covered and referred services.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or similar roles.
• Preferred experience includes direct sales to health systems or consulting roles involving health systems.
• Tenacious and persistent in approach.
• Proficient negotiator regarding business contract terms.
• Keen interest in understanding the intricacies of the US healthcare system.
• Strong passion for mental health initiatives.
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for exploring numbers to derive insights.
• Openness to travel (40%).
