This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic oversight of large or complex client accounts, focusing on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and potentially DSP.
• Formulation and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies aimed at achieving specified KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, revenue, brand awareness).
• Autonomous budget and forecast planning, including seasonal performance management.
• Development and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies (roadmaps, performance forecasts, actionable recommendations).
• Technical guidance and coaching for Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers.
• Active engagement in internal processes, quality standards, and scaling strategies.
• Close cooperation with team leads, executive management, and other departments (Content, Creative, Project Management).
• Identification of new opportunities, formats, and tests for ongoing performance optimization.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, optionally DSP).
• Profound understanding of funnel construction, segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
• Proficient use of bulk files, brand metrics, search term reports, placements, and portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills: you identify patterns in data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in strategic client management, including presenting results and performance analyses.
• Organized, proactive, and independent work style.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and professionally coaching fellow team members.
• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Top clients & responsibility: You will manage prominent brands such as Red Bull, Schneider Electric, and Clementoni, further enhancing their advertising strategies.
• High degree of autonomy: You will make independent decisions regarding strategies, budgets, and priorities.
