This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the architecture, design, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions utilizing Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
• Create and execute scalable LLMOps capabilities, encompassing model deployment, monitoring, optimization, automation, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and operationalize Generative AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Construct and sustain AI-powered data platforms and comprehensive data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing AI environments on Microsoft Azure, including containerized AKS deployments.
• Set best practices for AI model governance, performance monitoring, operational reliability, and continuous enhancement.
• Execute Responsible AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and risk-management controls.
• Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities, define requirements, and deliver AI solutions focused on business needs.
• Offer technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and propose innovative strategies.
• At least 10 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data engineering, and enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Proven track record in designing, deploying, and operationalizing enterprise-scale Generative AI and advanced analytics solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Significant experience in implementing and managing LLMOps and Azure Machine Learning environments.
• Proficiency in AI deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle management, and operational governance.
• Strong background with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and enterprise-grade AI data pipelines.
• Expertise in Azure cloud architecture, AI solution design, scalable AI platforms, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Comprehensive understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven capability to lead technical solution design and provide architectural guidance.
• Experience in working with various stakeholder groups and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
