This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• **Responsibilities**
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior partners and consultants.
• Manage confidential client information and executive candidate data with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and assessment sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and a professional presentation.
• Prepare and format comprehensive reports, presentations, and client deliverables in accordance with executive search standards.
• Accurately maintain and update candidate databases and client relationship management systems with great attention to detail.
• Handle sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of senior staff members.
• Oversee office operations, including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and administrative systems.
• Facilitate new client onboarding processes and maintain organized filing systems for active searches.
• Assist with research and market intelligence gathering to support executive search initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of senior-level administrative experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems.
• Experience with CRM systems and candidate tracking platforms is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presentation style.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interactions.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary for client demands.
• Professional demeanor suitable for interactions with C-level executives and board members.
