This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to executives, teams, and departments.
• Manage account terminations.
• Upload finalized Fire Inspection Reports to designated portals.
• Review and document customer cancellation letters.
• Distribute Certificates of Monitoring to clients.
• Prepare and send Contracts and Riders as required to support Advocacy.
• 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably assisting leaders or handling complex administrative tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Skilled in internal controls testing and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Capable of efficiently gathering, analyzing, and presenting information to senior management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains preferred.
