This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children with ADHD, ensuring high quality.

• Provide ADHD management services, which include medication initiation, titration, and review appointments.

• Present assessment results in a strengths-based and client-centered approach.

• Perform safeguarding and risk assessments as necessary.

• Assist GPs with shared care inquiries when applicable.

• Uphold professional registration, mandatory training, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

• Offer suggestions to enhance Paloma’s software tools and clinical pathways.

• Foster a positive and innovative clinical culture through collaboration.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Nurse registered with the NMC.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering ADHD assessments for children.

• At least 4 years of experience in ADHD prescribing services for children.

• Strong knowledge of typical child development across various life stages.

• In-depth understanding of ADHD presentations and differential diagnoses.

• Familiarity with co-occurring conditions is essential.

• Awareness of cultural considerations in neurodevelopmental assessments.

• Excellent communication skills and effective caseload management abilities.

• Experience in providing client-centered feedback and recommendations.

• Capability to pass an enhanced DBS check with barred list confirmation.

• Desirable: Experience in adult ADHD prescribing services.

• Desirable: Experience with children’s autism assessments or dual assessments.

• Desirable: Experience in conducting risk assessments within neurodevelopmental services.

• Desirable: Level 3 or higher safeguarding training.
