Senior Ad Monetization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance ad monetization strategies for Happy Color

• Drive initiatives aimed at boosting advertising revenue

• Perform A/B testing with monetization setups

• Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, partners, and vendors to ensure effective ad placements and negotiations

• Work alongside product, marketing, and development teams to seamlessly incorporate ad solutions into the gaming experience

• Examine the market and stay updated on best practices, their implementation, and enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in ad monetization for mobile products

• Comprehensive understanding of ad monetization flow principles, with proven experience collaborating with various mediators and advertising partners

• Strong analytical abilities, extensive knowledge of key monetization metrics, and the capability to make data-driven decisions

• Experience in conducting A/B testing for ad strategies

• Exceptional communication and project management abilities

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
