
Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Participate in the monthly Accounts Payable closing process according to established deadlines.
• Ensure a 24-hour response time for emails and inquiries.
• Process 2-way purchase orders, 3-way purchase orders, and non-purchase order invoices.
• Follow up on invoice approvals and retrieve invoices from online platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and address any related issues.
• Conduct audits on expense reimbursement exceptions in Concur to ensure compliance with the Travel and Expense policy.
• Respond to staff expense inquiries and provide education on compliance with T&E policy.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense accruals and reconciliations.
• Maintain strong business relationships with internal partners.
• Keep desktop procedures up to date.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX controls, and company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with various organizational levels, including senior management.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferred, or equivalent experience in the field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense management.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Familiarity with data workflows and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated accountability, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and Travel and Expense platforms such as NetSuite, Concur, or Navan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related accounting applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking and adjusting priorities frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in a global company setting is preferred.
