Senior Accountant – Not-for-Profit, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Prepare, process, and code transactions related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.

• Analyze trends and insights through the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Engage in the onboarding process of clients into various ERP and cloud-based accounting systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in processing AP, AR, payroll transactions, and general bookkeeping tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

• Must possess experience working with clients generating annual revenues between $1M and $50M.
