Senior Accountant – Joint Venture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the JV Accounting Manager in managing accounting and reporting functions for joint ventures and partnerships.

• Aid in the preparation and support of journal entries.

• Execute balance sheet reconciliations.

• Assemble financial reporting packages.

• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) to develop operating and capital budgets.

• Generate financial forecasts.

• Engage in year-end closing activities and prepare financial statements.

• Conduct account analysis and oversee the general ledger for joint ventures and partnerships.

• Execute accruals for joint ventures and partnerships.

• Analyze expenses related to joint ventures and partnerships to identify the appropriate cost centers.

• Ensure that company assets are accurately accounted for and protected against potential loss.

• Prepare external reporting schedules, financial statements, and statutory reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field — Required.

• 5 years of accounting experience — Required.

• 1 year of experience in healthcare — Preferred.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State Licensing Board — Preferred.

• Travel requirements: Never or Rarely.
