This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and oversee journal entries related to corporate fixed assets.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and analyze fluctuations for fixed asset-related balances.
• Administer the accounting for capitalized landed costs linked to fixed assets.
• Evaluate fixed asset activity for accuracy and completeness, assisting in resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Aid in the maintenance and enhancement of fixed asset accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate across departments with accounting and finance stakeholders to ensure precise financial reporting.
• Support audit requests and perform various ad hoc analyses pertaining to fixed assets and corporate accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Previous experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively partnering with global teams.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in public accounting is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Floqast is preferred.
