Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute the complete accounting process for various clients.

• Keep the financial records updated by leveraging software like QBO and Dext.

• Reconcile clients’ bank accounts and accounting ledgers.

• Manage A/P invoices through bill-pay platforms such as Bill.com and Routable.

• Process payroll journal entries effectively.

• Prepare, analyze, and review month-end financial statements along with supporting schedules.

• Undertake accounting-related project assignments as directed by managers.

• Approach problem-solving with a technology-first perspective.

• Actively seek opportunities for automation.

• Ensure compliance with all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Xero is advantageous.

• At least 2 years of comprehensive accounting experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.

• Proven experience in managing the financial records of multiple clients is essential.

• Experience with AP SMB Point Solutions like Bill.com or Routable is beneficial.

• Knowledge of cloud accounting tools such as Xero, Dext, Expensify, Hubdoc, Settle, etc., is a plus.

• Experience in an accounting reviewer role is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with AMs and Clients.

• Strong analytical abilities are required.
