Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• **Your Responsibilities Include:**

• - Oversee comprehensive accounting procedures utilizing QuickBooks Online

• - Generate financial statements and reports

• - Perform account reconciliations and ensure adherence to GAAP

• - Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions

• - Leverage Excel for data analysis and reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• **Ideal Candidate Profile:**

• - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting positions

• - Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups)

• - Keen attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities

• - CPA certification (preferred)

• - Experience in the medical industry as an accountant/bookkeeper (preferred)

• - Willingness to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)

• - Availability to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving the job offer

• **Technical Skills Required:**

• - Familiarity with time-tracking software (e.g., Time Doctor)

• - Possession of a laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam

• - Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)

• - Access to backup equipment in case of power or internet disruptions

• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

• - Competent in QuickBooks Online and Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups)
