Senior Accountant – Accounting, Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Aid in the preparation of financial data in compliance with GAAP and internal guidelines

• Offer tax assistance and nurture relationships with external tax consultants

• Act as a business partner to various internal departments

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, which include journal entries and account reconciliations

• Support the creation of federal, international, and state tax workpapers

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting principles (GAAP)

• Experience in financial accounting or auditing (experience at a public accounting firm is a plus)

• Expertise in Oracle Financials, SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics Business Central, or JD Edwards

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA certification preferred but not mandatory)
