Senior Account Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise organizations spanning various industries.

• Gain insights into their challenges and objectives through targeted discovery sessions and workshops conducted in both Thai and English.

• Establish trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within Business and Technology.

• Create and implement innovative, tailored solutions.

• Manage and guide the entire solution cycle through effective collaboration with a diverse array of technical and business support resources.

• Showcase persuasive Salesforce and partner solutions while fostering relationships with customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or comparable work experience.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking, consulting methodologies, and Enterprise Architecture is a plus.

• A comprehensive understanding of and capacity to articulate the advantages of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.

• Experience in business case/value engineering to present compelling viewpoints.

• Knowledge of relevant applications, relational databases, and web technologies.

• Proficiency in both Thai and English is essential for effective communication with clients.
