• Create and negotiate complex Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Change Orders in collaboration with Delivery Architects and the Legal team.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with License AEs, SEs, CSMs, and PS Delivery leadership to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

• Represent Salesforce PS at external industry events, government forums, and thought leadership discussions.
• Over 8 years of experience in technology sales, consulting sales, or professional services.
• Proven success in owning and closing large, complex, multi-year SOW-based services engagements (deal sizes $5M+) within a Canadian government setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian Federal procurement frameworks, Treasury Board policies, and significant acquisition vehicles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required (both written and spoken); experience collaborating with Quebec provincial clients or Francophone Federal agencies is a significant advantage.
• Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.); prior experience in delivery or architecture is beneficial.
• Exceptional executive presence — capable of engaging and influencing at the Deputy Minister and C-suite levels.

• Willingness to travel to client locations across Canada as necessary.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Gemini and Claude throughout the entire sales cycle (e.g., account strategy research and preparation, buyer intelligence, market competition analysis, pipeline identification, processing RFx).
• Flexible work arrangements.
• Professional development opportunities.
