This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for key enterprise accounts, fostering and maintaining strong, executive-level relationships rooted in trust and shared success.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to identify, develop, and implement strategic account plans aimed at significant expansion opportunities and enhancing customer lifetime value.
• Assume responsibility for account renewal and expansion objectives, delivering precise forecasting and formulating proactive strategies to consistently surpass targets.
• Develop and execute thorough account plans in partnership with the wider Customer Success and Sales teams, ensuring clients meet their critical business objectives and derive maximum value from our solutions.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive and C-suite client stakeholders, showcasing the strategic alignment and impact of our solutions on their overall organizational goals.
• Frequently update our internal systems with accurate and insightful data regarding account health, renewal status, and growth opportunities, providing clear visibility for executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Engage regularly with the internal Executive Team on risks, opportunities, and key initiatives.
• Proactively seek and nurture opportunities for customer advocacy, including executive-level case studies, speaking engagements, and participation in webinars.
• Inform executive stakeholders about the benefits of new features, advanced use cases, and enterprise-level integrations, ensuring they fully leverage our evolving platform.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is essential, as the position entails regular communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage complex projects with executive oversight, maintain excellent organizational skills, and exhibit a high level of strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey strategic value propositions and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience successfully managing and enhancing relationships with large, complex enterprise clients at a strategic level.
• Proven ability to adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative approach to resolving complex issues both internally and externally.
• Willingness to learn and be coached, taking a proactive stance in sharing both successes and insights with peers to encourage collective growth.
• Established track record of effective communication, confident presentation, and influencing key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple account initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Consistent history of meeting and exceeding individual customer retention and expansion goals.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 20-30% of the time, or two to three times a month) for client engagements and executive-level industry events as required.
