This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, with annual spending between £5,000 and £12,000.
• Managing total account values of approximately £1 million each year.
• Cultivating your customer base, with specific targets for retention and growth each quarter, while also sourcing new prospects independently.
• Driving sales growth through our comprehensive range of digital solutions, including agency products.
• Proactively identifying and securing new digital opportunities by designing advertising programs that align with clients’ needs and adhere to Yell agency’s minimum spend criteria.
• Accountable for achieving your Growth target by actively seeking, identifying, and acquiring valuable new business opportunities in the market.
• Promoting Yell’s digital product portfolio at an advanced level to propose optimal commercial models that maximize revenue and fulfill customer requirements.
• Establishing enduring relationships with your account base.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders within the broader organization, including DADs, KADs, customer service teams, and the Yell agency.
• A valid UK driving license is necessary, with no more than 6 points, and access to a vehicle.
• Proven experience in selling high-value digital solutions.
• Ability to showcase a strong track record of digital sales performance.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Resilient and disciplined, demonstrating tenacity.
• Comfortable requesting testimonials that reinforce a client-centered approach.
• Capable of presenting a robust personal development plan that adapts to the evolving digital market and monitors competitor activities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex digital information clearly and succinctly.
• Emotionally intelligent, exhibiting respectful, professional, and collaborative interactions with team members and supporting functions within the organization.
• Task-oriented, consistently willing to go above and beyond for clients.
• Flexible and able to swiftly adjust to changing priorities, targets, and strategies.
• £5,000 weighting and £22,000 On Target Earnings (OTE).
• Car allowance of either £5,200 or £6,200, depending on the vehicle.
