This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a portfolio of current customer accounts
• Propel renewals, expansion opportunities, seat growth, and product upselling
• Take ownership of ARR, NRR, renewal, upsell, and growth objectives
• Develop and implement account plans that address risks, growth potential, stakeholder engagement, and next steps
• Recognize churn risks and formulate mitigation strategies
• Keep precise forecasts for renewals, upsells, and expansions
• Lead discussions around pricing, procurement, renewals, and negotiations
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, senior decision-makers, and C-level executives
• Independently manage renewal discussions, commercial evaluations, discovery meetings, and strategic account conversations
• Promote product adoption and ensure customer value realization
• Utilize customer data, product usage analytics, account health metrics, and commercial insights to prioritize efforts
• Oversee opportunities through the complete account management sales cycle from discovery and qualification to closing
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including next steps, closing dates, stakeholder information, risks, and forecast categories
• Provide dependable forecast updates to Sales Leadership
• Identify pipeline risks and enhance deal progression
• Mentor Account Management colleagues and share best practices
• Contribute to strategies for renewals, upsells, account planning, and customer risk discussions
• Foster a high-performing, accountable, and customer-centric Account Management culture
• Over 3 years of experience in EdTech within a SaaS setting
• Strong background in sales and account management, with roles focused on customer growth, renewals, upselling, or expansion
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets
• Solid understanding of ARR, NRR, retention, churn, expansion revenue, and recurring revenue growth metrics
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders in the EdTech industry
• Capability to independently lead customer meetings, renewal discussions, commercial negotiations, and strategic account reviews
• Experience utilizing data to make informed decisions, identify account risks, prioritize opportunities, and facilitate customer interactions
• Strong skills in opportunity management, including qualification, stakeholder mapping, next-step management, and closing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast and uphold high standards of CRM maintenance
• Coaching experience as a Senior Account Manager, aiding peers or broader team members with account strategy, opportunity management, or commercial discussions
• Self-driven and commercially astute
• Comfortable operating within a dynamic SaaS environment
• Must reside in the United Kingdom
