Senior Account Manager – E‑commerce, Large Google Budgets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the main point of contact for e-commerce and growth companies that manage annual Google Ads budgets ranging from high six to seven figures.

• You comprehend your clients' business needs, analyze performance metrics, and create clear, prioritized growth strategies.

• You facilitate strategy discussions, present outcomes, and collaborate with the campaign management team to enhance revenue and profits.

• You uncover cross-sell and upsell possibilities based on data insights and present them in a way that is genuinely beneficial for the client.

• You oversee campaign management, copywriting, design, and tracking — ensuring alignment toward common objectives as per your clear prioritization.

• You are accountable for the content and visual quality of presentations, reports, and recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in account management within online/performance marketing, preferably in an agency, consultancy, or tech environment.

• Familiarity with performance marketing initiatives, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (SEA/PPC, copy, design, development, and executive leadership).

• Strong analytical capabilities: you interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable strategies.

• Proven history of expanding existing accounts (increased revenue/profits, extended engagement, broader scope).

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills — you convey data, advocate strategies, and build relationships of trust.

• High personal standards: you strive to produce outstanding work, not just satisfactory results.

• Strong self-management: you handle multiple clients and priorities without compromising on quality.

• Data-driven and strategic thinking rather than relying on instinct.

• Willingness to learn, receptiveness to feedback, and enthusiasm for taking on responsibilities.

• Friendly, empathetic, humble — possessing strong communication and organizational abilities.
