This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and concentrate on increasing market share while uncovering new avenues for sustainable growth.

• Act as the primary advisor for both new and existing clients, comprehending their evolving supply chain requirements and aligning our SaaS solutions with their objectives.

• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to finalize expansion agreements.

• Collaborate with various support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, adoption, and realization of ROI.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews to highlight value, address challenges, and co-create roadmaps for future collaboration.

• Advocate for client requirements within the organization, providing feedback to Product and Marketing for platform enhancements.

• Achieve targets for net revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion revenue.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Computer Science), Business Management, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles, preferably within SaaS, supply chain, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven track record as a closer: Demonstrated success in retaining and growing high-value accounts (six, seven, or eight-figure ARR) in complex sales environments.

• Supply Chain Knowledge: Profound understanding of material handling systems, advanced automation, software, labor applications, inventory management challenges, and how technology addresses these issues.

• Trusted Advisor: Capability to engage C-suite, IT, and operations leaders with executive presence and strategic insights.

• Problem Solver: Enthusiasm for diagnosing client challenges, developing ROI-driven business cases, and delivering customized solutions.

• Technical Proficiency: Experienced in CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams).

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing over 40 pounds.

• Capability to stand and walk for extended durations, including throughout full work shifts.

• Adherence to safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work extended hours.
