This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of account engagement strategies, conduct insightful discovery sessions, create relevant demonstrations, and manage objection handling within a structured yet adaptable full-cycle sales process.
• Achieve or surpass quota on a designated portfolio of clients by consistently providing thoughtful service in alignment with service expectations.
• Lead initial account meetings, oversee product launch projects, and coordinate transitions to Partner Success.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to analyze program data, showcase value, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collect and disseminate competitive intelligence concerning market share, practices, and industry trends.
• Champion operational changes in coverage and processes to enhance revenue generation.
• Facilitate client feedback mechanisms by conducting product review calls and working with Marketing on case studies.
• Carry out daily responsibilities related to managing, adjusting, and expanding existing business with precision, punctuality, and consistency.
• Analyze, review, or maintain account engagement, performance, and risk data to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with Partner Success, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to facilitate business expansion and ensure successful client launches.
• Clearly and proactively communicate updates, risks, obstacles, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance pitching processes, script quality, talk track efficiency, and objection handling while adhering to insurance regulations.
• Utilize data, judgment, and business context to guide decisions and recommendations.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and follow through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake other role-related responsibilities as assigned to align with business objectives.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proficiency in Hubspot (or a comparable CRM), Google Suite, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools) is essential.
• Strong grasp of pipeline management and selling through a structured sales methodology such as Challenger, with the capability to apply that framework adaptively in new situations.
• Proven ability to manage B2B sales cycles, collaborate with GTM, Partner Success, Customer Success, and Marketing, and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, English Literature, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
