Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for numerous agency partners across the country, managed remotely.

• Serve as the communication hub for ProAg and industry updates for our agency partners.

• Assist agents in identifying the best contacts within the ProAg team for any challenges they encounter.

• Familiarize yourself with department underwriting procedures.

• Gain a solid understanding of ProAg products and their optimal applications for agents or insured parties.

• Respond promptly and effectively to time-sensitive requests.

• Engage with agents by addressing inquiries and clarifying decisions to foster and sustain productive relationships.

• Support the department in achieving annual company objectives related to profitability, renewal retention, revenue growth, and new business production.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues and utilize CRM systems to keep the organization updated on our relationships with agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and/or experience.

• Previous experience in the crop insurance field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
