This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Accelerate the acquisition of new business within the SMB sector.
• Facilitate market growth and advocate for modern compensation strategies.
• Develop a steady pipeline of qualified SMB prospects.
• Finalize deals and contribute to new revenue generation.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations independently.
• Uphold strong discipline in CRM usage.
• Fluent in English and Italian (C2/native level).
• Proven experience managing an outbound sales pipeline.
• Background in closing B2B or B2C transactions.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for handling a comprehensive pipeline.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales metrics, particularly HubSpot.
