This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
⢠Design and implement digital strategies that empower partners to effectively transition their clients to the Xero platform.
⢠Generate new business opportunities and maintain a steady schedule of appointments and meetings within your designated territory.
⢠Attract, educate, and expand your partner network by organizing events and providing certification training.
⢠Utilize Salesforce to keep precise data and ensure high standards in forecasting and territory management.
⢠Be prepared for regular travel for client interactions, including driving within a three-hour radius for in-person meetings.
⢠You adopt a results-oriented mindset and possess a genuine passion for fostering strong, rapport-based relationships with accounting partners.
⢠Your experience includes demonstrated success in field account management and a solid record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
⢠You have a keen interest in the fintech sector and the capability to educate others about digital resources and online accounting.
⢠You are proactive and able to work independently while maintaining a focus on processes and details.
⢠Your communication and presentation abilities enable you to conduct engaging events and shape digital strategies at a practice level.
⢠You are familiar with using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client communications and sales processes.
