This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with senior leaders in healthcare, such as CNOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CTOs, and professionals in clinical operations, nursing, IT, and patient experience.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at large health systems, IDNs, and intricate enterprise healthcare organizations.
• Generate and oversee a valuable enterprise pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive networking, partner alignment, and collaborative sales efforts.
• Guide consultative, value-driven sales cycles from initial discovery to final closure.
• Position TigerConnect as a comprehensive platform that enhances clinical communication, transforms workflows, boosts operational efficiency, and improves care coordination.
• Conduct impactful platform presentations, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations for clinical, operational, technical, and executive audiences.
• Navigate intricate enterprise sales cycles involving buying committees, executive sponsors, legal, security, procurement, technical validation, and financial sign-off.
• Create persuasive business cases that link TigerConnect’s platform to client priorities, ROI, risk mitigation, workforce productivity, and organization-wide transformation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to advance strategic opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts for complex enterprise opportunities, detailing deal size, timing, risks, stakeholder alignment, and closing strategies.
• Ensure timely and precise CRM updates to offer insight into pipeline status, deal strategies, and pursuit activities.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of TigerConnect’s clinical collaboration platform, encompassing care team communication, scheduling, alarm management, nurse call, patient engagement, integrations, EHR workflows, and enterprise healthcare applications.
• Disseminate market insights, competitive intelligence, customer requirements, and enterprise purchasing trends to internal stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 7 years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare technology; SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• A proven history of consistently surpassing quotas through strategic acquisition of new logos and expansion of enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-value solutions to large acute care health systems, IDNs, or similarly intricate healthcare organizations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with C-suite executives, clinical, operational, IT, security, procurement, and financial stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and value-driven sales abilities, with the capacity to articulate platform value, ROI, workflow impact, risk reduction, and strategic business outcomes.
• Competence in managing lengthy, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, buying committees, and approval processes.
• Experience in developing territory strategies, account plans, business cases, mutual action plans, and executive-level deal strategies.
• Exceptional executive presence complemented by strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative approach and experience leading cross-functional teams through complex enterprise endeavors.
• High energy, resilience, ownership, and a positive attitude that aligns with the TigerConnect culture.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment characterized by ambiguity, accountability, and high expectations.
• Experience in selling to acute healthcare organizations is essential.
• Familiarity with clinical communication, care team collaboration, healthcare workflows, EHR integrations, patient engagement, alarm/event notifications, or broader healthcare platform solutions is preferred.
