Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accelerate revenue growth within your territory by engaging in strategic account planning, prospecting, and conducting sales calls.

• Create and implement action plans utilizing pipeline insights, sales data, and forecasts, while ensuring accurate reporting.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision makers in hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician offices.

• Offer on-site clinical support and customer education, which includes assisting during procedures and demonstrating products.

• Provide exceptional customer service by swiftly and compliantly addressing product and service issues.

• Collaborate across functions (such as reimbursement) and align with management while keeping an eye on competitive and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales; or a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Previous experience with surgical and biologic products is preferred.

• Experience in delivering customer presentations/training and maintaining comprehensive written documentation.

• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and expense/reporting tools (such as Concur).

• Familiarity with managing territory or multi-account workloads, including needs assessment, follow-up, and coordination.

• Ability to engage with clinical stakeholders (such as physicians, surgeons, and OR staff) and facilitate communication in procedural environments.

• Experience in resolving customer issues, handling objections, and implementing continuous improvements based on feedback.
