This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop 'Land' opportunity deals that feature comprehensive notes and precise close dates.
• Keep an organized and up-to-date pipeline of high-volume, fast-paced opportunities.
• Effectively present and convey all necessary information to prospective clients.
• Proactively address inquiries from potential clients and promptly respond to follow-up questions.
• Collaborate and communicate internally with key departments that facilitate client processes, experiences, and support.
• Successfully close sales deals while guiding clients through the process with care.
• Provide proactive assistance and coaching to Account Executives within the team throughout their deal processes.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas based on role level while managing the complete sales cycle.
• Identify new opportunities and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Comprehend the communication requirements of small, mid-sized, and large business customers, and devise solutions to address those specific business needs.
• Generate leads independently by reaching out to prospective clients via telephone, cold calling, site visits, networking, and industry events.
• Demonstrated success in establishing key customer relationships, including with key decision-makers and champions, to drive favorable client outcomes, expand accounts, and enhance revenue.
• High standards of integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Self-driven and self-sufficient; capable of working independently as well as actively contributing to the team.
• Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, with a proven ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
• Strong aptitude and enthusiasm for developing deep senior-level relationships within customer organizations, with a proven track record in engaging with small to large-sized companies and senior-level personas.
• Significant experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales roles is preferred.
• Strong skills in identifying problems and resolving objections.
• Confidence in making cold calls to develop sales pipelines.
• Ability to build trust with clients and function as an advisor.
• Proven ability to forecast sales and meet monthly targets.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of company services and its standing in the industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in the HR sector is advantageous.
• Remote work experience is not mandatory, but is considered a plus.
• Bilingual in French and English.
