This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and implement strategic outreach initiatives aimed at top advertisers to create and uphold a robust, high-quality sales pipeline.
• Continuously drive new client acquisition by identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business objectives, proactively pinpoint opportunities for Remerge to provide value, and manage stakeholder expectations at every level through a consultative sales methodology.
• Keep accurate and current records of outreach efforts, pipeline developments, and revenue predictions using internal CRM systems.
• Lead and engage in client meetings, effectively showcasing solutions and steering discussions to achieve successful results.
• Develop and sustain extensive product knowledge to effectively convey the value, nuances, and capabilities of Remerge’s offerings to clients.
• Work collaboratively across teams such as Account Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on client requirements, share market insights, and support overall revenue growth.
• Represent Remerge at significant industry events, positioning the company as a premier app performance advertising partner and fostering strategic market relationships.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, mobile app marketing, retargeting, user acquisition, or marketing sales.
• Demonstrated capability to formulate effective sales strategies, possessing a strong grasp of buyer needs and the creativity to overcome objections.
• Proven history of successfully closing deals, enhancing client relationships, and consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Highly organized and autonomous, with the ability to operate independently in a remote work environment while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills, employing a consultative approach to engage and advise clients.
• Strong team collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and establish lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to achieve company objectives.
