This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +10 more states.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Recognize, evaluate, and pursue new business prospects while enhancing existing client relationships.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers, executives, clinicians, and operational stakeholders.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive actions to effectively position GE HealthCare solutions.
• Sustain an active sales pipeline and maintain precise opportunity forecasts.
• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and engaging with customers.
• Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions customized to client needs.
• Manage intricate sales processes involving numerous stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Direct opportunity strategies and align internal resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and advance opportunities to closure.
• Collaborate with clients to grasp strategic objectives and identify avenues for enhancing operational, financial, and clinical results.
• Act as a trusted advisor by sharing industry insights and proposing solutions that align with customer objectives.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships that foster customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing account management teams as necessary.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Product Management, Service, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to address customer needs and business goals.
• Work in tandem with internal teams to create competitive proposals and customer solutions.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with GE HealthCare's standards, pricing, and commercial policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer, pipeline, and opportunity data within CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates on sales forecasts and territory performance.
• Analyze sales trends and customer information to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance performance.
• Propel strategic account planning and territory optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of proven success in healthcare, medical device, healthcare IT, imaging, software, or capital equipment sales.
• Established track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and relationships with executive-level customers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
