Senior Account Executive – Amazon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Conduct 30–45 minute discovery calls with qualified Amazon brands, ranging from emerging sellers to established multi-million-dollar accounts.

• Identify operational challenges and growth obstacles in areas such as PPC, account health, DSP, catalog management, and supply chain.

• Perform structured audits of Amazon accounts and share insights through clear video presentations.

• Create customized proposals that emphasize ROI, revenue enhancement, and long-term effects.

• Address objections with confidence and guide qualified prospects towards closing the deal.

• Cultivate warm leads that require additional time while keeping momentum in the sales pipeline.

• Prepare and send agreements utilizing existing sales templates.

• Remain actively involved during the first 60 days following contract signing to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records and regular updates to the pipeline.

• Work closely with delivery teams to guarantee a seamless transition for clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience within the Amazon ecosystem.

• In-depth knowledge of PPC, ACOS, DSP, account health, supply chain, and catalog management.

• Demonstrated success in closing deals within a consultative sales framework.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to quickly establish trust with high-level ecommerce decision-makers.

• Strong discipline in CRM usage and effective pipeline management practices.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong commercial instincts.
