This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical support to customers regarding Semiconductor Products through phone and email communications.
• Leverage support systems/tools along with technical and functional expertise to remotely resolve customer issues.
• Engage directly with customers to comprehend their inquiries and, if necessary, escalate matters to the next level to facilitate resolution.
• Conduct daily reviews of open customer issues, providing updates to customers on the status of their escalated cases.
• Assist customers in understanding products and navigating through the support website and online customer forums.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to achieve a unified objective.
• Build and sustain excellent working relationships with all relevant levels both within and outside the organization, including client management, co-workers, and customer representatives. This may involve verbal interactions with engineers, distributors, business owners across various industries, and VARs.
• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electronics.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of schematics and datasheets related to semiconductor device functionality, such as multimedia, power, connectivity, and sensing technologies.
• Possess a high level of analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret technical inquiries.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication for internal and external personnel at all levels, particularly in customer product support and feedback.
• Capable of communicating product service matters in writing, via email, reports, or verbally, to a diverse audience ranging from less technical customers to seasoned carrier service managers.
• Ability to read, interpret, simplify, and clarify technical product information from descriptions and documents to enhance understanding and customer satisfaction regarding product services and performance.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing job responsibilities.
• Strong personal organization and time management skills.
• Equivalent work experience or relevant training is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical customer service, preferably within the Semiconductor industry, with experience in a Semiconductor Devices Customer support call center environment being advantageous.
• Must be detail-oriented and process-driven.
